Our apartment is situated in Blouberg Sands, an up market residential area, a short distance from restaurants, buzzing nightlife, shopping centers and the beach, with its postcard views of Table Mountain across the bay. The Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital is one block away from Blouberg Villas on the R27, which is the main road which runs into Cape Town and up the beautiful West Coast. The Cape Town city centre and the V&A waterfront are a 25 minute drive.
This delightful two bedroom holiday apartment is well equipped for self-catering and comfortably furnished for business or pleasure trips to Cape Town.There is a spacious balcony, accessible through sliding doors from the lounge and from the main bedroom, which overlooks the Sandown Nursery where there is a lovely tea garden & Restaurant. There is a TV with local TV channels, and a DVD player in the lounge area, and there is a washing machine in the kitchen. The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of five people on one queen bed, one double bed and a couch in the lounge which is as wide as a single bed.
You will find a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and creamer in the very well equipped kitchen. Dish washing liquid, a sponge, dish cloths & dish towels and bin liners are in the kitchen, and a hand towel, bath mat, toilet paper, hand soap and household cleaner in the bathroom upon arrival. Two sets of towels for five people, and an extra set of linen are provided for your stay.
There is a swimming pool, next to a braai/barbecue area. A parking for ONE vehicle is allocated to the apartment, and there is also VISITOR parking within the complex.
I personally meet you to welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys and provide any information you may require to help you settle in.
The rate is R450 per NIGHT, not per person.
There is a breakage deposit of R500 required upon check in and this deposit will be refunded to you upon check out, provided that nothing is broken or missing.
There is a once off cleaning fee of R100 for bookings of less than 5 nights.
